Participants in the meeting noted that we are talking about almost 15,000 Ukrainian citizens who are now abroad, but plan to return to Ukraine in April. The return of non-border countries with Ukraine being prohibited, air travel is envisaged.
Participants discussed various options for the operations algorithm, observation locations, timing of flights to Ukraine and agreed on a detailed study of each aspect of the observation, the signing of certain documents so that citizens are informed in a timely manner and that there are no misunderstandings.
“We have determined the authorities’ interaction algorithms, which communicate exactly with citizens and transporters. The Ministry of Infrastructure organizes return flights, the logistics component,” noted Krikli.

The parties agreed before April 11 to finalize the working mechanism between all participants, after which the sale of airline tickets for citizens returning to Ukraine will begin.
