17 Ukrainians recovered from COVID-19 abroad - Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Abroad, 17 Ukrainian citizens have successfully recovered from a coronavirus infection.

This was reported on the page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, devoted to operational information on COVID-19 worldwide, on Facebook.

In particular, in the Dominican Republic and Japan, the infection has been overcome – 4 Ukrainians each, in Poland and Italy – 2 each, in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Nigeria, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand and in Germany – one each.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, five of our compatriots abroad have died from a coronavirus.

It is also reported that, under the Zashchita system, 14,624 Ukrainians turned to diplomatic institutions abroad for help.

As reported on April 7, more than 1.36 million cases of COVID-19 infection have been recorded worldwide, of which more than 76,000 people have died, more than 293,000 have recovered.
