4662 cases of coronavirus were recorded in Ukraine, 501 - per day

In Ukraine, 4,662 cases of COVID-19 disease were recorded, 501 new cases per day.

This was reported on Facebook by the Center for Public Health.

“4662 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed. On April 16, 501 received notifications of new confirmed cases. Due to complications from the disease, 125 people died, including 66 men and 59 women. Among the dead, people over 50 (87%), “Says the message.

The outpatient treatment is 3051 patients. A total of 1,611 people were hospitalized, including 73 children.

A total of 246 people have already recovered – a second laboratory test did not reveal the virus in the body.

A total of 47,096 samples were examined in Ukraine for a new coronavirus infection by PCR.

Dnepropetrovsk region – 89 cases (9 recovered);

Donetsk region – 12 cases (6 recovered);

Transcarpathian region – 150 cases (12 recovered);

Zaporizhzhya region – 118 cases (12 recovered);

Ivano-Frankivsk region – 427 cases (27 recovered);

Kiev – 705 cases (30 recovered);

Kiev region – 253 cases (16 recovered);

Kirovograd region – 218 cases (6 recovered);

Lviv region – 203 cases (11 recovered);

Lugansk region – 9 cases;

Nikolaev region – 22 cases;

Odessa region – 93 cases;

Poltava region – 41 cases (4 recovered);

Rivne region – 240 cases (8 recovered);

Sumy region – 81 cases (6 recovered);

Ternopol region – 353 cases (25 recovered);

Kharkov region – 56 cases (2 recovered);

Kherson region – 51 cases (5 recovered);

Khmelnitsky region – 38 cases (3 recovered);

Cherkassy region – 137 cases (7 recovered);

Chernivtsi region – 759 cases (25 recovered);

Chernihiv region – 12 cases (3 recovered).
