Supreme Anti-Corruption Court considers motion to take preventive action against detainees the previous day before trying to pay a $ 6 million bribe for closing a subject ‘an investigation by the NABU and the SAP, suspected of the ex-minister of the time of Yanukovych.

The defensive party requests the court to refuse such a request.

As noted, detectives from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine documented on June 12 that a former senior official of the previous government had given a bribe of $ 6 million to the head of the office of the specialized anti-corruption prosecutor. corruption Nazar Kholodnitsky and the leadership of NABU for closing the case against him.

On Saturday June 13, the leaders of NABU and SAP informed that they had offered a bribe to close the file linked to former minister Nikolai Zlochevsky, in connection with the implication in the seizure of funds from the National Bank stabilization loan granted to Kurchenko controlled by Real Bank.
