The Ukrainian Pension Fund has allocated 9.9 billion hryvnias to pay a single monetary psobia to pensioners in the amount of 1000 hryvnias.
This is indicated on the fund’s Facebook page.
“On April 23, the Pension Fund of Ukraine allocated 9.9 billion UAH to pay a lump sum,” said the statement.
It should be noted that 6.4 million retirees who receive pensions on bank accounts, a lump sum will be credited to the accounts no later than April 24.
In addition, for the 3.5 million retirees who receive pensions by mail, letter carriers must deliver a lump sum home allowance within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of funds.
If it is impossible to pay a lump sum cash allowance on the 5 days specified, they must pay it no later than June 25 of the current year so that each retiree entitled to such payment receives the necessary funds, according to the PFU.

As reported by Ukrinform, on April 13, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted modifications to the state budget – 2020 as a basis and as a whole.
Social Policy Minister Marina Lazebnaya said that the parliament’s decision allows more than 10 billion hryvnia to be sent to pay a lump sum of 1,000 hryvnia to more than 10.6 million people.
