NBU deputy chief Dmitry Sologub warned Ukrainians that Ukraine has not yet come to the bottom of the crisis and that an economic recession is awaiting us. He described the current improvement in the country’s economic situation as a temporary phenomenon.
It is reported by “RBC-Ukraine“, Reports” NPF “.
Sologub noted that at this stage of development, the country’s economy is showing an encouraging result. However, in order not to experience any acute disappointment in the future, it must be understood that Ukraine has not yet crossed the bottom of the crisis.
“I will not give overly optimistic forecasts that Ukraine has crossed the bottom of the crisis. At the same time, we can say that there are currently clear improvements in the country’s economy, ”he said.
Sologub pointed out that since May of this year, the indicators have improved in the fields of industry and retail. The deterioration is notable in the transport sector, but it is due to quarantine measures.
For the moment, the Ukrainians should be prepared for a slight worsening of the crisis, but soon the situation will stabilize.
Recall, as noted above, the postponement of local elections in Ukraine: Razumkov made an important statement.
