Air traffic will start to recover with the opening of borders – Lyashko
The opening of flights should be consolidated with the decision of European countries and will start to recover with the opening of borders.
The Deputy Minister of Health, Chief Medical Officer of Health, Viktor Lyashko, said this in an interview with Today.
“Air traffic is a fairly important economic sector in Ukraine, in the European Union, so the decision will be taken separately and should be consolidated with the decisions of the European countries,” said Lyashko.
According to him, as soon as the borders start to open, air service will also be restored.
As Ukrinform reported, Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Ukraine will try to restore domestic air traffic over the summer, and that there will be no full restoration of traffic air transport during the summer.
