Firstly, Forbes put together a long rating list “Z0 to 30” among 100 candidates in different categories (the applications were sent by the candidates themselves). After the special jury, publishers and readers selected three finalists from each category, who finally entered the top 30. When establishing the list of leaders, only the age of the candidates was taken into account, their recognition in the professional field and their competitiveness on a global or Russian level – the personal status of the participants was not taken into account.
Recall that in one of our recent documents, SPLETNIK.RU already wrote about some of the participants of the long list “Z0 to 30”, who finally reached the final, they are young and promising artists Katya Kishchuk and Morgenstern.
