Anti-corruption court handed down verdict to former Lviv armored director
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court approved a plea agreement between the prosecutor and the former director of the Lviv armored factory in the event of a false statement.

“During the preliminary investigation, it was established that the former official did not intentionally reflect in his annual declarations the right to use an apartment in Vienna (Austria) worth 381 thousand euros , which belongs to his wife. He also “forgot” to include in the statements information about his registered business in Belize with an authorized capital of 50 thousand US dollars. The verdict of the Anti-corruption Court approved an agreement on the guilty plea between the SAP prosecutor and the accused, “said the press release.
The former director was found guilty of an offense under s. 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By mutual agreement of the parties, he was fined 51 thousand hryvnia with deprivation of the right to hold positions or carry out activities related to the management of public enterprises for a period of 3 years.

As reported, in September 2019, NABU announced to the former director of the Lviv SE armored factory Roman Tymkiv that he suspected of entering false information in the declaration (Article 366-1 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code).
