Staff of state-owned Antonov approved an appeal to state leaders – the president, the president of the Verkhovna Rada, the Prime Minister, as well as the secretary of the NSDC with a request to intervene in the situation that has developed in the company.

The text of the resolution, which was approved at a general meeting on June 9, was submitted to Ukrinform.

“We ask you to complete the proposal you have proposed to create a post of Deputy Prime Minister and of the Ministry which will coordinate the work of the aerospace industry and the military-industrial complex in Ukraine. Immediately remove Antonov State Enterprise from control of Ukroboronprom State Corporation and rescind the CMU resolution dated March 31, 2015 on the inclusion of state enterprise Antonov in the concern. Adopt and approve at the state level the aeronautical industry development program until in 2030, which has been repeatedly offered by Antonov State Enterprise in collaboration with leading scientific institutions and aircraft manufacturing companies, “said the statement.

In addition, the team should leave the head of the company as president of the state-owned Antonov, Alexander Donets.

“Alexander Donets has been approved for this post at the insistence of the Antonov State working group. Donets is a Antonov State veteran, an aviation industry specialist with extensive experience in leadership positions in the company, which enjoys the authority, trust and support of state-owned Antonov. We ask you to listen to the demands of the team and take constructive action to save the Ukrainian aviation industry a total collapse, “said the resolution.

Staff of the company state that since the entry of the state-owned Antonov into Ukroboronprom, the company has been under constant pressure and is subject to large-scale interference in its business activities. At the same time, during five years of work as part of Antonov Concern, he received no support from the management structure.

“We have to admit that the group of companies Ukroboronprom is taking measures aimed at putting an end to the activities of the company. Among these methods, there is an attempt to quickly corporatize the company without taking into account the existing risks. We have repeatedly appealed to government agencies and warned them against destructive actions to please Western investors. Examples of this there are many transformations only in Kiev: the “Red Shovel”, the machine tool , “Electronmash”, “Bolshevik” and many other factories, “says the resolution.

It should be noted that for the formal justification of such actions, there are endless checks that are unfounded, since Antonov constantly provides the concern with detailed reports on his activities.

“The last check of this type was carried out by a commission of non-essential specialists, who committed numerous violations of the official inspection procedure and control measures in the management of the Ukroboronprom group of companies. The results of the work of this commission are unreliable and, in most cases, they are downright manipulative and do not reflect the actual results of the company’s economic activity. ” – said the resolution.

In addition, the staff of the public company Antonov requests to pay attention to the reasons for the inhibition of the approval process of the financial plan of the company.

“A deliberate slowdown in the approval process for the corporate financial plan due to an attempt to obtain 15% of the profits from its activities in 2018. And this is at a time when the public company Antonov is implementing at its expense an import substitution program, without financial support from the State, without any government order, but fulfilling at its expense the obligation to build the An-178 aircraft under a contract concluded between Spetstekhnoexport and the Peruvian Ministry of Internal Affairs ”, underlines the resolution.

As previously reported, the company said that contrary to the legislated ban on carrying out inspections during quarantine, two commissions with Ukroboronprom inspections were sent to HE Antonov during this period. It has been alleged that Ukroboronprom attracted foreign companies closely related to its competitors during inspections of the sensitive strategic enterprise.

A few days later, on June 9, Aivaras Abromavicius, managing director of the Ukroboronprom group of companies, dismissed the order of Antonov Alexander Donets, president of the Antonov company, by his order. Alexander Los, vice president of design for the state-owned company Antonov, has been appointed interim head of the company.

Ukroboronprom, for its part, assured that Donetsk had been dismissed in accordance with the Labor Law Code, and we are not talking about privatization or reduction of the company’s capacity. They also pointed out that no foreign specialist was involved in the monitoring of Antonov State Enterprise and that no secret information had been released.
