Antonov’s deposed president to be screened for abuse and corruption
Only law enforcement agencies can speak of corruption or abuse of Alexander Donets as director of state-owned Antonov, while the results of the audit fairly reasonably show that the documents were been sent to law enforcement agencies for good reason.
This was stated by Deputy Director General for Security “Ukroboronprom” Konstantin Bushuev, responding to a question about Donets’ abuse at the post, the correspondent for Ukrinform.
“To assert that there are facts of corruption, the abuses can only be the competent authority. It should be said that, based on the results of the audit, we have prepared a number of documents which we have redirected to law enforcement. We are now awaiting a full assessment of these documents and a response, including from the point of view of criminal procedure legislation. The results of the audit reasonably enough show that the documents were sent to law enforcement agencies, not in vain, “said Bushuev.
In turn, “Servant of the People” MP Irina Vereshchuk said law enforcement officers will have questions for Donets regarding information about his alleged activities in Crimea and other facts.
