An entry on the registration of TOV “EPPL UKRAINE” has appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The publication drew attention to the fact of registration of a new legal entity and its possible relationship with the US company Apple Ann.

The registration date for TOV “EPPL UKRAINE” is 04.15.2020, the head is Roman Gumenyuk, the registration address is IQ Business Center. The company’s sole founder and beneficiary is the Irish legal entity Apple, reports Liga.net. The journalists of the publication contacted Roman Gumenić. He confirmed that he is the official Apple subsidiary in Ukraine. Gumnyuk also said that quarantine affected Apple’s plans to start its business in Ukraine: “Some plans are still difficult to plan due to restrictions on flights and movement of foreign management.”

The Apple Press Service has not yet commented on opening the office in Ukraine.
