At least 110 Ukrainians are preparing to return from the Netherlands on a special flight from Ukraine International Airlines to their country of origin.
This was announced by the Ukrainian consul in the Netherlands, Yuri Karpuk, in a comment to a correspondent for Ukrinform in The Hague.
In particular, according to him, today 110 people are registered on the evacuation list of the embassy.
“Ukrainian citizens must purchase a ticket on the UIA website and, due to the coronavirus, consent to self-isolation, that is, quarantine in place. This consent is necessary to organize the monitoring process. The estimated number of seats is 180, “said the consul.
He also noted that the alternative channel for returning to Ukraine was the Amsterdam-Minsk flight, operated regularly by Belavia.
