The place of Viktor Trepak, who recently resigned from the UCP at his own request, was taken by Igor Mustets.
Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova has acquired a new deputy, writes “MFN” with reference to Press service UCP.
In place of Viktor Trepak, Igor Mustets, the former first deputy prosecutor for the Chernivtsi region, came to the attorney general’s office. Now Mustets will hold the post of Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
As Venediktova noted, his new subordinate will work according to the division of tasks.
We add that Igor Mustets graduated from the National Academy of Criminal Prosecutions. He has been with the prosecutor since 2002. From 2011 to 2014, he was the prosecutor of the Shevchenkovsky district of Chernivtsi. In April 2014, he became deputy prosecutor of the same region of Chernivtsi, and in 2016 – first deputy.
