The Cabinet of Ministers has accepted and will soon submit to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the introduction of employee work registers in electronic form.
The decision was made at a government meeting on Wednesday, reports a Ukrinform correspondent.
“The bill will allow you to allocate a pension through your personal electronic account on the Pension Fund web portal without a person’s request, and will also simplify access to information on experience gained for the allocation of payments. The document will be finalized today. We hope to support the initiative in the Supreme Court of Parliament, “said Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.
As stressed by the Minister of Social Policy, Marina Lazebnaya, during the presentation of the bill at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, “we want to introduce the keeping of records of the professional activity of workers in the form electronic, that is, we are about to abandon the paper workbooks. “
According to her, “three months after the adoption of the law by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, new social services will be set up and conditions will be created so that the Pension Fund can automatically award a pension to a person”.
