Cabinet introduces adaptive quarantine until June 22
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision introducing adaptive quarantine until June 22, while, on May 22, the second phase of mitigation of quarantine measures will begin.
Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said this at a government meeting on May 20, reports a correspondent for Ukrinform.
“Tomorrow we have to publish this decree,” said Prime Minister Denis Shmygal of Ukraine.
As part of the second phase of flexibility, it is planned to launch public transport, the circulation of urban and suburban land transport. The authorities will authorize the holding of sports competitions (up to 100 people and without spectators), the operation of hotels, with the exception of hostels. At the same time, the work of restaurants and swimming pools in hotels will remain prohibited.
It will also offer the possibility of providing services in churches at the rate of one person per 10 square meters. m

And from May 25, the government plans to authorize the work of kindergartens, as well as the metro in places where the epidemiological situation will allow.
As Ukrinform indicated earlier, the Prime Minister noted that the third and next stage of quarantine will include the start of training events, the opening of gymnasiums and fitness centers (without swimming pools) and the resumption of interregional transport. Air traffic could also resume in June. But that, in addition to the incidence situation, also depends on how other countries will open air connections.
