During the raids, the police developed 355 protocols on directors of entertainment and retail locations for violation of quarantine conditions.

This was reported on the website of the Ministry of the Interior.

“Pursuant to a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the police conduct audits of business entities to ensure that they meet the requirements established for operation in adaptive quarantine. As a result, law enforcement officials controlled nearly 3,500 commercial businesses, 2,000 food services, 850 night clubs and entertainment venues. According to the results of checks, the police 355 administrative protocols, in accordance with Article 44-3 (Violation of the rules relating to quarantine of persons) of the Ukrainian Code of Administrative Offenses, of which 28 – to directors of entertainment establishments, 100 – to heads of catering establishments and 227 – to directors of commercial enterprises, “- the message said.

In total, during mining, in which 640 raid groups were involved, the police inspected more than 6,200 establishments in two days. Most of the violations were detected in the regions of Vinnitsa, Lviv, Odessa, Ternopil and in Kiev.

In total, since the introduction of quarantine, the police have drawn up 14,569 administrative protocols and initiated 176 criminal proceedings.

Reminder: sanction of art. 44-3 KUoAP (Violation of the rules relating to the quarantine of persons) provides for a fine in the form of a fine for citizens of one to two thousand minimum income tax exempt for citizens and for civil servants – from two to ten thousand minimum income tax-exempt for citizens.
