Coronavirus in Ukraine: President says April 20 will be decisive

Statistics on coronavirus patients in Ukraine in recent days indicate some stabilization of the situation, but April 20 will be decisive.

This is what President Vladimir Zelensky said in a video message on April 14.

“By analyzing the statistics of patients in Ukraine in recent days, a certain stabilization can be noted. There has been no sudden jump due to the conscience of the citizens who are constantly self-isolating. And this should continue. We must clearly realize that it is early to relax. It is dangerous to relax, “he said.

According to the president, if some European countries have already exceeded the peak of incidence, then for Ukraine, the decisive period will be April 20.

The head of state also said that in Ukraine the number of coronavirus tests is increasing – their daily number has so far tripled.
