Court sets date for review of border closure appeal
The Kiev District Administrative Court has completed the preparatory procedure for the appeal against the order of the Council of Ministers on the temporary closure of state borders and scheduled the examination of the merits on June 10.

The court recalls that the plaintiff asks the court to declare illegal and to annul this government decree concerning the temporary closure of border crossing points for international rail, air and road communications (for buses).

As indicated above, the court will examine the case in accordance with the rules of the general trial.
On May 20, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine authorized the work of 66 checkpoints at the border with the European Union and Moldova.
