Court urged to compel government to set limit prices for anti-epidemic products
The public organization “Center for the Protection of Kiev” requests the Kiev District Administrative Court to compel the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to set limit prices for anti-epidemic products.

“The Kiev District Administrative Court received a lawsuit from the NGO Center for the Defense of Kiev” against the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The non-governmental organization requests the court to invalidate the government’s inaction concerning the non-settlement of the question of setting limit prices for the wholesale and retail trade in anti-epidemic products, which are necessary to prevent the spread of epidemics, pandemics, including COVID-19, and of property of significant social significance. Said the message.

As previously indicated, the applicant also requests the Cabinet of Ministers to set price caps for the sale of the above products, taking into account retail provisions, sales and allowances.
Now the court decides to open administrative proceedings.
