Currency decline continues: NBU updated the rate on April 7, 2020



The National Bank of Ukraine updated the official exchange rate on April 7, 2020. The dollar fell 14 kopecks, while the euro lost 52 kopecks in price immediately.

The National Bank established official exchange rates on April 7, 2020. A US dollar costs 27.23 hryvnia, 14 kopecks less than the previous banking day. The euro fell 18 kopecks and today costs 29.38 hryvnia for 1 euro.

Official exchange rates for April 7:

1 US dollar costs 27.2365 hryvnias;

1 euro – 29.3827 hryvnias;

1 Russian ruble – 0.3563 hryvnias.

Exchange rate of dollar cash in Ukrainian banks: purchase of 26.6 – 26.8 hryvnia for 1 dollar, sale of 27.2 – 27.5 hryvnia.
