Deferred exams for medical students and interns
The assessments of medical students and trainees will depend on the weakening of quarantine measures by the government.
This is stated in the order of the Ministry of Health, the press service of the department.
“The Unified State Qualification Test (EGCI) and Krok’s integrated licensed exams will take place on dates that will depend on the weakening of quarantine measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 acute respiratory disease. Now, the test center develops scenarios that will help pass the exams in the optimal time “, – the message said.
Note that Krok’s integrated licensed exams are scheduled to take place in June and the first stage of EGCI in September.
Students and trainees who, due to quarantine restrictions (for example, air travel restrictions) will not be able to take exams, will have the option of taking additional tests.

As reported, on March 12, the government introduced quarantine in Ukraine to combat the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection. In particular, commercial establishments have been closed, with the exception of grocery stores, pharmacies, petrol stations and banks. Work suspended in the Kiev, Kharkov and Dnipro metros, land transport in cities, interurban and interregional automobile, rail and air services has been halted.
On May 4, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the quarantine, but as of May 11, the restrictions will be relaxed.
