“Services in churches will take place, however, with the participation of no more than ten people – for parishioners, the broadcast will be done online. A limited number of people may be present in places of worship, namely a priest , a servant, a clerk and people who technically provide services and provide online broadcasting, “said the report.
A prerequisite is the wearing of protective masks or respirators by everyone present, except the pastor.
As previously reported, such an agreement was reached in an online meeting with representatives of the Pan-Ukrainian Council of Churches and religious organizations.

Believers are not prohibited from attending the temple individually during the absence of worship, but at the same time, there should be no more than two people in large churches and one in small churches, regardless of the pastor . Everyone present should wear masks and there should be no lines outside.

In rural areas, believers will be able to put Easter baskets outside the door, and the priest will be able to walk the streets and consecrate them. Thus, it will be possible to minimize the number of contacts between people.
The ministry assured that if believers try to go to church, police patrols will “tolerantly and reasonably explain the need to comply with quarantine rules”.
In addition, as the ministry has been informed, for the unhindered movement of clergymen to places of service, representatives of religions must submit the appropriate lists.
