The police initiated 5 criminal proceedings and published 5 administrative protocols concerning the actions of the representatives of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate at Easter, in particular for violation of quarantine.

On April 19, the national police initiated criminal proceedings for violation of quarantine at the Monastery of the Holy Assumption in Svyatogorsk and the Monastery of the Holy Assumption in Pochaev. On the two facts – under Article 325 (Violation of sanitary rules and standards for the prevention of infectious diseases and mass poisoning) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for a penalty in the form of imprisonment of five Eight years.
