Ermak suggests looking for staff for central authorities among young people

He noted that the country has developed such a personnel policy, in which it is easier for young people in the capital to start a career in central government. According to him, many young talents remain on the periphery, so it is necessary to involve them in state processes.
The Minister of Community and Territorial Development, Alexei Chernyshov, said that the search for a reserve of personnel started two months ago, after which the leaders of the regions provided a list of nearly 300 potential candidates. At the same time, he added that among them, only a few dozen people met the requirements.
