The World Health Organization estimates that regular use of face masks or other face protection will soon become the new standard of living.
This was stated in an Air Force interview by the Special Representative of the Director of the WHO for the coronavirus pandemic David Nabarro.
“I am sure that some form of personal protection will become the norm,” said Nabarro.
According to the official, everyone will need such protection because it is not yet known when it will be possible to use the coronavirus vaccine and whether immunity will develop in those who have already had coronavirus disease .

First, masks should be provided to doctors who treat coronavirus patients and the patients themselves, but since no one can determine and identify the exact number of virus carriers, face protection is required to everyone, without exception, said Nabarro.
As reported, by the morning of April 13, 1 million 853,000,183 cases of coronavirus had been recorded worldwide. 114,248 patients died, 423,625 – recovered.
