The statement was made through the mouth of the first deputy chief of the OP Sergey Trofimov.

According to political analyst Andrei Zolotarev, in the current situation, declaring a candidate for a second term would be stupid for the incumbent.

First, Zelensky himself, in the presidential race, said that he only ran for a term, and such statements would not increase his reputation.

Second, President Zelensky’s rating for the year of reign has shaken strongly, and the situation is not developing in his favor.

In the current situation, Poroshenko and Medvedchuk have started to show a particularly dashing activity, working on the negative image of Zelensky. And although the actions of these politicians do not yet strongly affect their personal rating, they clearly “depreciate” the Zelensky rating, increasing the number of “undecided”.

And this suggests that the political alignment and configuration of forces can change radically.

Earlier, it was reported that Ukraine was on the verge of triggering another terrible infection.
