The president of the Association of Ukrainian Farmers and Private Landowners Mykola Stryzhak congratulated the workers in the industry on Farmers’ Day, which is celebrated for the first time this year.

This Ukrinform reported in the Association.

“I take this opportunity to congratulate all the Ukrainian farmers. It is one of the most important and peaceful professions. After all, those who work on the land are the breadwinners of the Ukrainians. I want to be respected in Ukraine as European farmers do. ” I want every Ukrainian to have a piece of land, so we will all get rich. We have the best land in Europe, “said Strizhak.

He noted that the agricultural community has unofficially celebrated Farmers’ Day for 17 years since the adoption of the agricultural law. This year, the party has become official.

In this regard, Strizhak expressed gratitude to President Vladimir Zelensky and Prime Minister Denis Shmygal for the respect of the farming profession.
