Farmers’ Day to be celebrated in Ukraine – Presidential decree
President Vladimir Zelensky created Farmers’ Day in Ukraine on June 19.
The corresponding decree No. 234/2020 is published on the website of the Head of State.
“To establish the Farmer’s Day in Ukraine, which is celebrated every year on June 19,” said the document.

It should be noted that the holiday is established “given the importance of farms for the development of agriculture in Ukraine, their contribution to the resolution of state food security”.
