Graduates from the occupied territories will be able to enter universities without UPE – Reznikov
Graduates of schools in the territory temporarily not controlled by the government will be able to enter Ukrainian educational institutions even if it is impossible to pass the UPR.
This was stated in an interview with Ukrinform by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Questions of the Temporary Occupied Territories Alexei Reznikov.
“We provide information by all means so that all children who cannot pass the UPR know that they will have the opportunity to enter. Today, 91 ZVOs in Ukraine, on the basis of which the educational centers “Crimea-Ukraine” and “Donbass-Ukraine”, are ready to accept them without UPE, “he said.
According to the official, if we are talking about unique specialties, these graduates can cross the CPVV accompanied by one of the parents and not undergo observation or self-isolation for two weeks.

At the same time, when asked if residents of the occupied territories were able to watch educational programs on Ukrainian television, Dom TV, Reznikov said he had no data on the number of viewers. In this context, he recalled that the signals in response to the decisions of the European institutions were coded, which complicated the reception situation.
