Graduates of the Crimean and ORDLO schools plan to enter universities without UPE at the president’s office

President Vladimir Zelensky proposes amendments to the law “on higher education” so that graduates of schools in the temporarily occupied territories can enter Ukrainian universities without undergoing independent external evaluation.
This was announced on the DOM television by the deputy head of the president’s office, Yuri Kostyuk.
“This year … President Vladimir Zelensky has initiated a modification of the Ukrainian law” on higher education “, which addresses the following points. We want, at least this year, graduates who complete their studies in Crimea, as well as temporarily in the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, had the opportunity to enter higher education institutions in Ukraine without taking the UPR, and also had the opportunity to study in n no matter which higher education institution in Ukraine, “he said.

As noted, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has informed that in 2020, those who came from the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, as well as from Crimea, which are temporarily out of government control, can enter any accredited educational institution where the Crimea-Ukraine education centers will operate without UPE Donbass-Ukraine.
