1. Open your email account in a web browser 

2. Go to the Options icon in the upper right corner of the screen

3. Click on Options

4. Now, you need to select POP and IMAP from the options on the left side of the screen

5. After doing so, make sure in the POP options, POP is enabled. If not, enable it by selecting Yes

6. Give a click on the Save button

7. Next, launch Outlook 2007 

8. Navigate to Tools

9. Click on Account Settings

10. A new window will appear 

11. Another window will show up 

12. In this window, select the Manually configure server settings or additional server types option

13. Click Next

14. Again, click Next

15. Now, in the Add New E-mail Account window, you need to enter User Information, Server Information, and Logon Information 

16. Under the User Information section, input your name and email address

17. Next, under the Server Information section, input the following information:

      • In the Account Type, you need to select POP3
      • In the incoming mail server, type
      • In the outgoing mail server (SMTP), type

18. Now, in the Logon Information section, enter username and password

19. Give a click on More Settings in the bottom right corner of the window

21. Select the Outgoing Server tab 

22. Then, tick the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox

23. Next, click on the Advanced tab.

24. Choose the option that says This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)

25. Now, enter the following details:

      • Enter 995 for the incoming server (POP3)
      • Enter 587 for the outgoing server (SMTP)
      • Select TLS for Use the following type of encrypted connection
      • Make sure to select the Leave a copy of messages on the server option

26. Click OK

27. Click Next

28. If you entered the information accurately, you would be congratulated for configuring your account successfully. 

29. Finally, click Finish
