IKEA launched an online store in Ukraine


Buyers can receive goods on one of the orders in Kiev or on home delivery orders


IKEA officially started operating in the Ukrainian market and started an online store. This was reported in the company’s press service.

Now the Swedish retailer offers 3600 functional household items of all categories and styles to Ukrainian customers. Order can be made on site.

Buyers can pick up the goods at the time of receiving the order in Kiev (for free) or order home delivery. It is reported that two points of delivery of goods are ready to start work – at Auchan Rive Gauche (Auchan Rive Gauche) and Metro Cash & Carry (Ring Road, 1B). The cost of delivery of goods up to 30 kg at the specified address is 99 UAH. Delivery of orders weighing more than 30 kg – 699 UAH (in Kiev) and 1599 UAH (outside Kiev).

IKEA also said that after the launch of the online store, it plans to open its store in the new City store format in Kiev as soon as possible. The company recently signed a lease with Blockbuster Mall.

In late 2017, IKEA announced its intention to enter the Ukrainian market. In the summer of 2018, the company began the process of closing contracts with key partners, and in June 2019, began a campaign to recruit employees for the city’s stores in Kiev.
