In regional prosecutors' offices, 75% of prosecutors have successfully completed two stages of certification

Regional prosecutors went through two stages of certification as part of the department’s reform.

This was reported by the press service of the Attorney General’s Office.

“The staff commissions for the certification of prosecutors of the regional prosecutors have completed the processing of the protocols for the success of two stages of testing. 2383 prosecutors, or more than 75%, have successfully completed two stages of certification,” the press release said.

It should be noted that prosecutors who did not take the tests or who obtained low scores will be dismissed,

The committees also examined a thousand statements from prosecutors concerning the postponement of test times, submitted the day before and the day after certification. The committee members decided to set an additional day for the tests.

The prosecution recalled that the first two stages of the certification of regional prosecutors had taken place in early March. This included verifying the level of knowledge of the law and the skills of its application, as well as general capacities and skills. Prosecutors who have passed both tests are admitted to the third stage of certification, which includes the implementation of a practical assignment and an interview.
