In Ukraine, from Monday May 11, by decision of the government, the quarantine measures are weakened – part of the institutions and certain types of activities will be resumed, provided that they respect the anti-epidemic measures.

In particular, work will be authorized for hairdressers and beauty salons, dentists, visits to parks, squares, recreational areas, forest parks and coastal areas, children’s fields and sports fields.

The government has authorized the activities of take-out and summer food establishments, consumer service establishments and the sale of non-food products in stores (including shopping centers).

Museums, including open-air museums, historical and cultural reserves will be able to resume their activities (however, their management will decide if they will receive visitors).

The training of national team athletes, the activities of lawyers, notaries, auditors, psychologists are also authorized. Media companies will also be able to resume operations.

Cinema and video, rehearsals in theaters, circuses, concert organizations, artistic (creative) groups (up to 50 people or without spectators) are allowed.

At the same time, restrictive measures, such as a mask regime, social distance, regular disinfection, etc., must be observed.

At the same time, the activity of food courts and entertainment areas in the shopping center, the operation of cinemas and theaters, the metro, public transport without special passes, the suburbs, interurban transport, Interregional, interregional, regular rail and air travel are prohibited.

The gymnasiums, fitness centers and preschool, school and higher education establishments will remain closed.

It is prohibited to organize public events, to move groups of more than 2 people (except to accompany children) and to stay in public places for children under 14 years of age without unaccompanied adults.

In public places, it is necessary to wear a mask or a respirator, and when you leave the house, you must have an identification document with you.

There is a ban on unauthorized abandonment of the place of self-isolation / observation.

As reported, on March 12, the government introduced quarantine in Ukraine to combat the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection. In particular, commercial establishments have been closed, with the exception of grocery stores, pharmacies, petrol stations and banks. The works of the Kiev metro, Kharkov and Dnipro have been stopped, the circulation of land transport in cities, interurban and interregional automobile, rail and air services has been stopped.

On May 4, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the quarantine, but as of May 11, the restrictions will be relaxed.
