As of June 11, 8 regions of Ukraine and the city of Kiev did not meet all the criteria necessary to relax anti-epidemic measures.
Evidence from the data from the Ministry of Health.
According to the Ministry of Health, the cities of Kiev, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Kiev, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopol and Chernivtsi are not yet ready to weaken the quarantine.

The impossibility of taking the next step in lifting quarantine restrictions in these areas is explained by a high incidence (the total number of new cases of COVID-19 in the last 7 days per 100,000 people), high congestion of beds in medical establishments and low coverage of the population by PCR tests for the coronavirus.
As noted, the Cabinet of Ministers decided on May 20 to switch to an adaptive quarantine model from May 22 to June 22.
As Ukrinform reported, in the last day, 689 people fell ill, in total, during the entire pandemic in Ukraine, 29,070 fell ill.
