Capital will monitor compliance with citizens’ self-segregation
Authorities in Kiev initiated the creation of a special monitoring center that would monitor compliance with the self-segregation regime and would help citizens receive timely medical assistance if necessary. This was announced by Vitaly Klitschko, the head of the Kiev City State Administration, during a briefing on 31 March.
The mayor also stated that administrative and criminal liability awaits violations of quarantine and the observance of Ukrainians. According to The list The Ministry of Finance, the amount of the fine can reach many average salaries in Kiev.
- First violation – 17 thousand UAH
- Second violation – 34 thousand UAH
- Third violation – criminal liability
Klitschko emphasized that the people of Kiev should be involved in the process of combating coronovirus and should provide information about known cases of the disease or people in contact with Kovid-19 patients.
According to UNIAN, today in Ukraine: 645 patients (97 of them were diagnosed on the last day), 17 died and 10 were recovered.
