If the ticket is purchased online, you must register to log on to the website or the “Railway Tickets” application, and in the “Return Tickets” section, as instructed, return them.

“The funds will be credited to your card automatically within 30 calendar days, the commission can be refunded by a separate payment (SMS notification of credits is not always received),” said Krikliy.

He informed that if tickets purchased online were printed at the railway ticket office, they could be returned after quarantine was completed, in accordance with the instruction “If the ticket had been purchased at the ticket office”.
