The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry noted that Kiev had not yet fulfilled its obligations at the December summit, so there can be no question of a new meeting of the “four Normans”.
It is reported by the “NPF” referring to “RIA Novosti“.
Thus, according to Sergey Lavrov, in April, another Norman summit was really to be held. But that did not happen … And it is not because of the coronavirus pandemic, but because Ukraine does not comply with the decisions of the previous Norman summit:
“We planned to hold a new summit in Berlin in April of this year. Not now about a summit, we won’t even stutter. Everything that has been adopted in Paris is blocked at the TKG in Minsk, blocked by the Ukrainian parliament and government. “
Recall that we wrote earlier that on April 30, a videoconference of the Norman summit will be held at the level of the foreign ministers.
