Maidan case: suspect on November 30 dispersed to ex-Berkutovsky
On November 30, 2013, the State Investigation Bureau reported its suspicions to a former police officer of the Berkut Special Purpose Regiment of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev for dispersing the men of Maydan.

The investigation established that on November 30, 2013, the suspect, beyond his official authority, had arrested a participant in a peaceful meeting on Independence Square. During the detention, the former law enforcement officer used physical force against the victim, which illegally prevented the organization and holding of the meeting. Subsequently, the suspect wrote a report on the victim’s detention, in which he deliberately provided false information.
