Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the issue of Ukrainians who had not had time to return home before March 28 is being resolved and that each place of their compulsory observation will be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health.
This was announced in a video message from the head of state.
“Their subsequent return – by plane, train, bus, car or on foot – should be as safe as possible for the others, which means that he will provide for a mandatory two-week observation,” said Zelensky.
He added that a list of relevant sites was being prepared.

“These may include Ukrainian hotels with which preliminary agreements have already been concluded. Each mandatory observation site will be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health, ”said Zelensky.
As Ukrinform pointed out, foreign diplomatic institutions in Ukraine are running a special “protection” program for Ukrainians who, after the Ukrainian border was closed, remained outside the country.
