PrivatBank and Novaya Poshta reported a new work program
Ukrainian banks and the Novaya Podta delivery service reported changes in work schedules in relation to the May holidays. In total, Ukrainians will have a twelve-day holiday this month, with ten days being Saturday and Sunday, plus two additional days off.
The weekend starts from the first days of the month – it is 1, 2, 3 May. These days the schedule of Ukrainian banks will change. Friday, May 1 – Official day in honor of Labor Day, banks will not operate. May 2 and 3 – a holiday of calendar days, banking organizations will operate according to the weekend schedule.
In the first half of May, the next official day in honor of Victory Day is on 9 May. According to the law of Ukraine, if the state day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, then the day of the next week automatically closes. Thus, May 9, 10 and 11 will remain closed in all banks.
For new post offices, the program will be slightly different for them. An event will be scheduled on Friday, May 1, Saturday for New Mail employees and customers. Saturday, May 9 – Branch and address delivery will operate according to the normal Saturday schedule. Sunday, May 10 – Sunday program.

Recall, the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals (FGVFL) has submitted documents for the state registration of PJSC Profine Bank’s termination as a legal entity.
The Guarantee Fund is also completing the payment of the Guaranteed Amount Reimbursed on the day the documents are submitted for entry into the bank’s register of liquidation as a legal entity. Thus, on 21 April 2020, the payment of the guaranteed amount of reimbursement to the depositors of Profin Bank PJSC was fully completed.
