The Ministry of Education and Science has fully prepared for the main session of independent external testing in accordance with all security requirements.

About it on an hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada said the interim Minister of Education and Science, Lyubomir Mandziy, reports a correspondent for Ukrinform.

“WNV will be safely detained in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief Medical Officer of Health. Now everything is ready for us to perform WNV from June 25 to July 17,” said Mandziy.

According to her, 3,230,104 medical masks, 3,250 contactless thermometers, 11,630 sets for the protection of doctors, 104,382 liters of antiseptics and 28,100 liters of disinfectants for surface treatment were purchased and delivered to WNV. In general, 242,650 employees and 11,630 doctors participated in carrying out the UPR.

According to the Ministry of Education and Science, 17 oblasts have already delivered personal protective and safety equipment to all test points and are ready to be verified by the National Food and Beverage Service. Seven other regions and the city of Kiev are completing the necessary funds on June 19 and 22.

Mandziy pointed out that the readiness of the test points, from June 19, will be monitored by the National Food and Beverage Service according to a special protocol.

And by the way. The Minister noted that an algorithm has been developed for the arrival of UPR participants at the test points and the rules by which they will enter. This was reported to all test participants.

“We have developed safe algorithms for driving and transporting participants in the UPR. Video instructions on the rules of conduct, passing the UPR, in particular an action algorithm for the participant, have been published in participants’ personal accounts. Everyone received an invitation stating where and when they entered the test point, “he said.

Mandziy clarified that participants will be brought to the test point on their own or by organized transportation, where they will be allowed from 9:50 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. In the street in front of the test point, in the corridors of the points themselves, they must maintain a social distance. At the entrance to the test points, all participants in the UPR will be subjected to thermometry and assessed for signs of acute respiratory illness. Everyone will receive masks and the opportunity to disinfect their hands. After identification, the participant goes to his audience and starts the identification process again. Once the test is finished, the participant submits the form and, at the exit of the test point, throws the mask used in a specific urn.

The head of the Ministry of Education and Science noted that, according to the ministry, in 2020, 379,493 participants registered for the main session of the UPR, which selected 1,227,154 tests. However, after BP passed the law, which exempts school graduates from compulsory STI in the form of USAGE, according to Manzdiy, the number of participants in the UPR will decrease.

She added that the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment has prepared 82,890 classrooms for 5,188 test points for conducting the UPR. 1,166,280 certified test books were printed.

As Ukrinform reported, on June 18, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Presidential Law “amending certain laws of Ukraine concerning certain matters relating to the completion of the 2019/2020 school year”.

It establishes that, as part of the implementation of measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), applicants completing the completion of full secondary education during the ” school year 2019/2020, are exempt from passing the final state certification.

At the same time, they have the right to pass the final state certification, including in the form of an independent external evaluation, of their own free will.
