Ministry of Health: 20% of patients on COVID-19 requiring hospitalization
Most Ukrainians newly infected with coronavirus easily tolerate the disease.
Oksana Koshalko, epidemiologist at the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, said this in the Freedom Live program.
“80% are mild forms of morbidity. More than 20% of patients in all registered cases do not require hospitalization. And only 5% need intensive care, “said Koshalko.

As of Friday morning June 26, more than 1,109 new cases of infection had been detected in Ukraine. This is another anti-record. A day earlier, June 25, 994 people had fallen ill and June 24, 940.
In total, during the Ukrainian pandemic, 41,117 people fell ill, of which 18,299 were recovered, fatal cases – 1,086.
