Mriya’s cargo will be distributed to hospitals that need it most – Ministry of Health
The humanitarian aid purchased by the Naftogaz group and delivered today from China to Ukraine by Mriya will be distributed among the hospitals that need it most.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Health Svetlana Shatalova during a meeting at Antonov airport in Gostomel, in the Kiev region, reports a correspondent for Ukrinform.
“This equipment and the personal protective equipment of the Ministry of Health will be distributed according to the proportion of the number of patients (coronavirus – editor’s note) in the hospitals where this equipment will be most needed,” said Shatalova.
She thanked the Naftogaz group and all those who wish to help doctors and Ukraine to overcome the coronavirus pandemic.
As noted, humanitarian cargo from China purchased by the Naftogaz group has arrived at Antonov Gostomel Airport in the Kiev region.

Naftogaz said the Mriya cargo plane will provide 500,000 protective suits, 700 patient monitors, 50 mobile digital X-rays and 50 portable ultrasound devices.
The Naftogaz group, with the support of the Office of the President and the Ministry of Health, purchased protective equipment and medical equipment for transfer to medical establishments in Ukraine. HE “Antonov” organizes the logistics of the project.
