Tesla and SpaceX founder said monopoly is wrong
Elon Musk, who is often criticized for his Twitter posts, again discussed it warmly. In a post, the founders of Tesla and SpaceX called e-commerce giant Amazon “a monopoly” and called for destroying the brainchild of Jeff Bezos.
“It is time to waste Amazon. Monopoly is wrong. Jeff Bezos, this is crazy, ”Musk wrote. A tweet was posted as a response from another user who complained that Amazon refused to sell its book on Coronovirus.
It is worth noting that the rivalry between Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos has a long history. Both businessmen started investing in the space race around the same time. Blue Origin Bezos was founded in 2000, three years after Amazon’s IPO, which made Bezos a billionaire. SpaceX appeared two years later – soon after its first major PayPal project went on sale by Mask. They don’t talk about Blue Origin very often – Bezos himself chose this strategy, following the principle of “step by step”. SpaceX, by contrast, is one of the top newsmakers. A few years ago, Elon Musk received $ 1.3 billion in tax benefits from the state of Nevada for the construction of an electric vehicle manufacturing plant. This was reportedly seriously offending Jeff Bezos, who criticized his company more than once.

Amazon is suspected of illegally collecting private information about platform vendors. In particular, Amazon allegedly used third-party platform vendor data for personal purposes to develop its own competing products. But he prohibited employees from using vendors’ non-public, specific data to launch their products, and promised to conduct internal investigations.
