Residents of the so-called “L / DPR” who have Russian passports will still be able to vote on July 1 for amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. This was reported to residents of the illegal “republics” of Donbas by the “deputy of the people’s council” of the so-called “DPR” Anastasia Selivanova.
This is reported by the NPF, referring to the portal DonPress
An “MP from the People’s Council” of the “DPR” Anastasia Selivanova informed residents of ORLDO who hold a Russian passport that they will be able to vote for changes to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. There is only one condition. According to Selivana, voting will only be possible on the territory of the Russian Federation, namely in the village of Pokrovskoye, in the Rostov region.
On this basis, according to the representative of the “DPR”, a certain number of difficulties arise. Selivanova believes that all L / DPR residents who have Russian passports will not want to spend time and money going to vote in the Rostov region.
“Most likely, few will go,” said Selivanova.
In addition, there is another nuance. According to the “DPR deputy”, it is now difficult to imagine what the epidemiological situation will be on July 1. Selivanova does not exclude that voters will have to observe the 14-day self-isolation regime at home after their return to the “republic”.
“Such a prospect can negate the number of people wishing to vote,” said Selivanova.
Earlier, we reported that Peskov had answered the question whether the people of Donbas would vote for amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
