The “head” of the “DPR Foreign Ministry”, Natalia Nikonorova, said that “it is high time that Kiev moves on to the substantial implementation of the Minsk agreements and the Norman agreements”. First of all, according to Nikonorova, Kiev must grant a special status to Donbass and consolidate it in its Constitution. But, for starters, according to Nikonorova, Kiev should discuss the special status of Donbas with representatives of Ordlo. It is only after that, according to Nikonorova, that we can talk about the Ordlo elections.
This is reported by the NPF, referring to the portal DonPress
“The head of the” Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPR “, the” permanent representative “of Ordlo in the contact group in Minsk, Natalya Nikonorova, once again declared that Kiev should grant a special status to the occupied Donbas . And, of course, to consolidate the special status of Ordlo in its Constitution. According to Nikonorova, without fulfilling this condition, it makes no sense to speak of elections in Donbas.
In addition, a representative of the unrecognized “republic” said that “L / DPR” had its own vision of the law on the special status of Donbas. According to her, representatives of ARDLO have already sent their proposals on this subject to Kiev. Nikonorova also complained that the Kiev authorities were in no rush to respond. Nikonorova noted that ORDLO was ready to examine Kiev’s proposals for the special status of Donbas. Thus, the representative of the unrecognized republics again alluded to direct negotiations between Kiev and the so-called “L / DPR”.
“We insist on providing written positions in Kiev. It is high time to move from an exchange of views to a concrete implementation of the political part of the Minsk agreements and to the practical implementation of the instructions which have been given in Norman format, “said Nikonorova.
Earlier, we reported that the Kremlin planned to create new “republics” in Ukraine.
