Countries interested in Ukrainian seasonal workers should provide them with transfer and medical security.
This was announced on Twitter by the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic integration, Vadim Priestayko, who is responsible for negotiating with foreign states which recruit Ukrainian workers.
“We coordinate by telephone with officials from EU Member States, to which organized groups of Ukrainian seasonal workers are invited. The main task is to provide them with organized transfer and appropriate working conditions, including medical security” , wrote Pristayko.

As reported, since March 12, the government has introduced quarantine in Ukraine to combat the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection. Now the quarantine has been extended to May 11 inclusive. Part of the Ukrainian zarobitchans have lost or limited their work due to the coronavirus in other countries.
