Poland started issuing work visas to Ukrainians
From Wednesday April 29, Ukrainian citizens began receiving Polish work visas by mail.
On this subject, referring to his sources close to the Polish embassy in Ukraine, reported the RAR news agency, reports Money.pl.
“It has been possible to develop a mechanism for Ukrainian workers to find secure employment in Poland. In this area, the Polish consular services in Ukraine, as well as several ministries: foreign affairs, internal affairs and administration, agriculture and rural development, “a source told the agency.
As noted, this is a response to “repeated calls from Polish employers and workers in Ukraine”. It is stressed that the two sides have requested the possibility of employing Ukrainian citizens in seasonal work.

The first work visas were issued to Ukrainians on April 29. From April 30, it will be possible to apply for a Polish work visa via the electronic system of the electronic consulate.
As you know, the Polish consular offices in Ukraine in connection with the COVID-19 epidemic temporarily ceased to function on March 16.
Since mid-March, around 180,000 Ukrainian citizens have returned from Poland to Ukraine. According to some estimates, up to a million Ukrainian citizens can now be in Poland.
